Students at WSS have the option of taking a course called Peer Tutoring. As it is a privilege to be in this course, entry is by recommendation from teachers and students' progress is monitored by the learning assistance teacher and school counsellor.
In the course, students attend training workshops (including instruction in confidentiality). They then begin tutoring other students (in either individual settings or in small groups, under the sponsorship of one or more teachers for the term).
